Excelente servicio. Excelente Ubicación. Excelentes instalaciones. Dispone de confortable piscina, muy soleada y agua siempre cristalina, con tumbonas para relax. Gimnasio con equipos nuevos y en muy buenas condiciones. Una excelente zona de la lavandería automático (autoservicio y con servicio de lavado aparte). The "suite" was great as it was more than just a bed-sitting room. Breakfast was good and breakfast serving staff there to ensure food was fresh and refilled as necessary. Reception staff were friendly and very helpful answering questions and booking taxis for us. Pool was very clean and great temperature.
all reviews » A young lady named Giselle impressed me with her sincere desire to assist me with my problems. Everything she said she was going to do, she did. Ask for her when you need assistance. The hotel staff is great and the value for money is very good. I also like the location which is close to consulates, banks and major companies. Air conditioning, Rooftop pool, Breakfast buffet, Service was above and beyond expected, Kitchenette with cook ware and dinner ware, Sofa bed. Rooms were big, beds comfortable. Pool great. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly. They help us out. Even with a language barrier. Outstanding staff!!!!Breakfast was great. Roof top pool was very nice and serene. Very clean facilities. Close to the downtown and banking area. Apt is very comfortable. Over all, a good place. However, the last night in room we heard a loud crack and the floor between the bed and the mirror was wobbly. We did not know if the cement under the floor was ready to collapse or if the tiles were coming loose. My wife was afraid to walk in that area. I reported to front desk but no one came to look. Taxi drivers had difficulty trying to find Coral Suites. Certain members of the staff were/are unaware of the details pertaining to Panama activities which they themselves are recommending. My advise for the patrons of this hotel, is for they themselves to conduct their own due diligence and not rely on the information provided to them. Be aware the taxi drivers must provide a percentage of their fare to the hotel. (You should) negotiate the fare with the driver. Once you find a driver you are pleased with, use them for the remainder of your stay. Beds were small for two adults. No wash cloths. Water wasn't hot enough and took a long time to get to temperature. View out of window. But rooms are for sleeping. No washcloths, weak internet connection in rooms and only two computers available of which only one would go online.Would've been convenient to have dish washing detergent and dish cloth provided in kitchenette. charge for phone calls, tax not included in price. The local street had a bit of garbage left on the curb for the whole time we were there, though this has nothing to do with the hotel. none. Very hard to find as hidden on a small side street. Lousy Wifi (really lousy)... Safe didnt open (maybe faulty) on a Sunday with our money & cards inside and general intransigence ensued, the manger turned up 4 hours later than the alleged time, made to feel we were at fault and losing us a day, with no apology.
