The food at the restaurants was delicious. Our room was quite comfortable, too. The pool area was well maintained but our experience there would have been better with outdoors music. We loved the casino across the street... And its staff was helpful and friendly!. Very friendly staff, very clean. The bed was comfortable, rooms were a nice size with good amenities. English tv channels. Pool felt great after a long travel day. Breakfast included and was quite good.

Charming and traditional style accommodations, comfortable beds, good air conditioning, nice pool and garden area. It is very clean, pleasant place to stay. Right in the center of David, did not have to go far to find anything. Breakfast and lunch are excellent, they have a great chef . I like the location and the staff are very friendly. Pool,cinema, ice machines, staff friendliness. Everything. Staff friendly, food Ok, hotel clean. Conveniety down town location. As foreigners, we were unsure of the protocol for seating ourselves at the restaurants, so we ended up waiting quite a bit to be seated. I would suggest a sign directing patrons to either wait to be seated or seat themselves. We felt foolish just standing there. It was a bit pricey. Nothing we did not like. Check out was a hassle, didn't have it otgether with thecorrect charges, bookkeeping needs work. Older lady at the front desk was rather rude, brusque with us. Sort of couldn't be bothered, had someone else check us in. Also tub/shower is hard to step into or out of. I am tall, and it was easier for me to get out and in the shower, but my friend is shorter and it was very hard to get into or out of shower. The bedroom needs a kind of furniture for keep clothes. The food sucks and over the past several years the rates keep going up and up and nothing in the hotel has changed, last year I had a problem with a charge going thru on the wrong credit card and no one at the hotel was willing to do their part to correct the problem which they created. llack of ATM on the property. Weak WiFi. Too strict policy about smoking. No place to smoke, even open-air places. Old, out of date. The room was spartan. Maybe a step above Motel 6. There was no coffee maker, recliner hair/sofa, closet and only one useable electric outlet in a far away wall to recharge your devices which had to sit on the floor. In the bathroom there was no soap dish in the shower and lighting was poor.
