What people say

location. Hotel faded and unloved. Hotel lobby, lift shaft and corridors smelt of Chinese restaurant on ground floor. We wished to move out and were prepared to forfeit one night's fee as in booking conditions but Manager refused to accept this as we had already checked in. Eventually we transferred to another property owned by the same company but only after refunding the online booking charge.
