An excellent place. Beds are small but surprisingly comfortable. No electric toaster. This could be useful for short stay travellers. Family of 5 had to book 2 expensive apartments when we could all fit in one. Household rubbish left by previous tenant. One apartment below street level, not private, felt like dungeon. No complaints procedure by letsbookhotel.com. Complaint response is to increase frequency of marketing emails. Just don't do it.
