This is probably my new favorite hotel in the world. So many good things to say, I'll try to keep it short: - The staff at the desk was friendly - and so helpful. Their dinner recommendations were right on when we asked for an affordable dinner - The rooms are decorated nicely and I felt like I was staying in luxury - The shower - wow. Heated floors, never steamed up, spacious and so amazingly comfortable. - But the best part was the breakfast!! I almost fell over the first morning when I came .

A very good value-clean, spacious rooms, great breakfast, located about 1 mile from the city sightseeing center, free coffee and outstanding, friendly and knowledgeable staff. All of their recommendations for restaurants were excellent. I research all my hotels before a stay and this was right on target. I would highly recommend it to anybody. My wife says it made the trip. I agree!. The best thing for me and my boyfriend was that the hotel is located in the peaceful, quiet place - it's very cozy... And at the same time it's pretty close to the center... The design is really pleasant, and coffee Nespresso (yeah!!) in the rooms... And the bed - so soft with so many pillows!! And, the 'friendly' shower that cares about ecology :) well, it's a really nice place to stay... Perfect little hotel in the heart of Oslo. Nicely appointed rooms and comfortable beds and bedrooms. The included breakfast was an excellent way to start the day. The staff was knowledgeable about the city and surrounding area and eager to help. No AC, no fan but this wont' be a problem most of the year. The bathroom had a bit odd shower set up and the slanted walls, like an attic were a little strange. Nothing. foam pilllows - but I'm sure they'd have given me an alternative if I'd asked. we asked for refills for our Nespresso machine & they were very helpful. Some of the rooms seem small and strangely has a bathroom as big as the room. Also it's shower leaked water from the floor. We did miss a few more international channels on TV. nothing. I don't think there was anything I didn't like. The late check in at 15-00. The room was a little too cold, especially the bathroom; a bit far from the nearest tram and metro stations. No safe deposit box in room. would have liked ordinary kettle in room. do not change anything. some noise because of construction work in the morning. the hot water flow is not stable. But the room was soooo cold, although we turned off the air condition, it still continued to give col air. We fixed one of the towels on the pannel in order to prevent the cold air flow, but of course we could not heat the room. room temperature was very cold and heat/aircon was not working. maybe more guest amenities in bathroom. Facilities to make a coffee or tea in the room would have been welcomed but this did not make the stay uncomfertable. parking space is limited. A good half an hour walk to the centre. Beautiful corner room, but overlooking two streets. If one wishes to sleep with windows open, traffic noise would be a problem. I had to wear earplugs. Nothing. Check in was too late at 3:00 pm. Shortage of parking was an issue (I parked on the street and someone damaged my car). Hairdryer didn't work properly. Not really easily to find for a visitor. A bit of a walk from thew tram. Nothing. Hot water system. Nothing. No tea/coffee in all the rooms. Visit too short to comment. They did not consider our request for twin beds (I was travelling with my daughter) and quiet room. They failed to make a restaurant reservation, even though they agreed to handle it. Need tea and and coffee making facilitieson room. Laundry very expensive - and not ironed! Some Staff knowledge of local area good and helpful, and some not so good.
