Elveseter is one of our favorite hotels in the world. The family has done an incredible job preserving the history and charm of their medieval farm while making the hotel as comfortable as possible to 21st century travelers. Though the rooms are extremely simple, they have wonderful views up and down the valley. The public rooms are extraordinary with the only problem being that it is very difficult to decide which one you want to sit in because all are so beautiful, warm and welcoming. Th.
