The noise at night in the surrounding streets. did not like that they gave avay my rom number and gave my card key to a girl in the morning the day after.. she is a friend off me but not that good friend.. and one man working in the night was big in his mothe.. look like he didnt like to work there (mabye recommend this hotell) some privacy we have to have.. The breakfast buffe was unexpected, I read through the website that it was fantastic but it wasn't. otherwise the hotel was perfect. The lack of tea making facilities in our room - this is standard in the UK. selfservice breakfast, noisy climatisation. The service to the room could have been better, one day the bed remainedunmade and tea / milk was not replenished. Noise from outside at weekend.The room (325) realy needs a lift up. Broken floor lamp ( like tower of Pisa), cracked wc lid, broken hair dryer, no pen/paper, no safe, tv needed a reset every time we turned of the light etc etc. We couldn´t get a good beer from the bar when we came back after a long day of walking (a conference occupied the bar). The beer in the mini bar was the only option. The relax area is not as good as presented.... . Poor breakfast (no salmon), slow breakfast service, roofroom could not been made darkness due to then poor curtain on upper windows.
