Melissa and staff are very nice and informative and helpful. It's a beautiful property .... The building is brand new and nice design. Noisy neighborhood. In nicaragua there are no zoning rules so one can find hi or herself in a very poor nieighborhood. Many kids and an endless supply of feral dogs makes for a lot of noise. The area where it is situated is in my opinion not such a good part of the city just outside the lobby door on the side of the road human waste and it stunk of urine .
