Very nice slate tiled entrance & frosted glass reception counter with granite tile wall way. Friendly helpful staff With the cleaner-room maid very polite & cheerful. Car parking was great. Quiet room. Overall very good. Will stay again. Linen clean & fresh. Staff were very helpful particularly in regard to parking. Very limited parking and with a boat taking up space at end, it was hard to manoeuvre in and out. Was allowed to park right out front so that was helpful.

Everything was done with sustainability in mind, well done! A bonus and a reason to recommend this hotel to my green friends. Loved the large room as well. One of the blinds was damp.Only 1 pillow each given too you,with a cushion instead.No duvet on!washing machines in the laundry room need changing,old. Check out was advertised at 11 but the cleaning dude came knocking at 1030 and offered to clean my room while I was still getting dressed! Bit far away from the central city and pretty noisy on the side I was on. Hotel a little bit tired, but this was trumped by the good features. The key cards needed every time we used them just once. No room service. No restaurant available for lunch/dinner.No ironing board/iron. Two single beds joined together was a little uncomfortable due to join in the middle of the bed. room behind the lift very noisy no extra blankets we were quite cold. Not having anywhere to smoke. The bathroom was old and felt dirty. Felt unsafe going to the laundry at night, due to the partying occurring on that floor by many rooms. Being charged for a phone call transferred by the reception as they were unable to answer the query. Nothing. Having to leave before breakfast to get an early flight!!. Room a bit sparse. No restaurant or bar. Parking is very difficult you have a large car as I do. The bathroom facilities were dated, dark and tight Toilet was subsiding!! Mould in bath grooves Windows very dirty Room was stuffy at night. Listed as earthquake prone. Elevator was extremely slow. No bar or restaurant available. Warning ahead of time would be helpful. My reservation name was wrong - maybe a slight problem between you and the hotel, but all was good as I had my copy of reservation and was duly booked in and looked after very well thank you Mecure. The building on the outside is quite depressing to look at and gives the feeling of staying at a below average hotel. Staff were helpful with suggesting dinner meals we could have delivered but on choosing Hells pizza, discovered too late that the wedges we ordered were overdone and without the dipping sauces. This is Hell's problem, not the hotels, but we felt it a bit picky to ask Hell to sort it out and we had already paid, so would appreciate that being passed on to them if possible. mist on the double glaze windows. Nothing really, excellent value for money. No room service. No air con got alitle warm at night with sun setting on room. Small parking area. Room a bit small. PArking was a bit of a test at times. Lack of parking.
