Well located a short walk to the polynesian spa, local shops and attractions. The staff were super friendly and helpful as we didn't have to many days in the area Marie certainly helped us make the most of it with her suggestions. Will definitely go back thanks. The staff and manager could not have been more helpful, recommending eating places, with menus and places of interest to visit with directions. The rooms were very large, with 3 separate rooms and two televisions. The hotel is close to a large shopping centre.

Mitai Maori evening was a wonderful experience. The family had a great time in Rotorua. 3 Bedroom Apartment very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room and facilities were more than adequate. When the paper didn't arrive the first morning they went to the shop to get us one before we woke up. Very clean,good big spa bath. Very handy for walking around the city centre. Smell of Sulphur from the drainage comes up after shower. But seems that's the characteristics of thermal region. Nothing to dislike. H2S odour through out the city especially at nights. No milk provided in the fridge, had to go an ask for it. Having to pack up and leave after only 3 nights!. Didn't experience any negatives. Bit small even for a studio apartment. Cleaners turned off heated towel rail during our stay and with wet towels drying. There was now dislikes for us. Like all of New Zealand hotels, this hotel is still living in the 90- ties with its approach to the Internet and wifi facilities. Paid time or data limited connection is an anachronism today. Nothing. It was said that Internet is free: that's not the case. Costs 10NZ$/100MB. Sky and heater not working 1st night.
