Hotel One is located in in the heart of the city and a 4-minute walk from Rotterdam Central Station. You can easily walk to the famous Erasmus bridge and shopping areas. All hotel rooms have a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV and coffee and tea facilities. Each of the rooms has air-conditioning and Wi-Fi is free of charge in all rooms. A breakfast buffet is available each morning. Afterwards, you can visit the theatres and restaurants in the area. All congress buildings, the WTC and de Doelen Zaal are within walking distance of Hotel One.

Good location, price and staffs. Comfortable room furniture, services and free LAN. But unfortunately LAN was trouble during half of my stay. Helpfull staff and calm atmosfere. position and new rooms. Proximity to Train Station, clean modern room with good facilities. Its location. the room. No tourist information desk. No breakfast available.Very narrow and steep stairs and also very narrow elevator.the fact that upon my arrival they asked for a deposit of 50 euros via the credit card through which I made the reservation. The justification was that they wanted to secure the likelihood of using anything from the mini-bar. Steep stairs which didn't light up until you reached the top/bottom. Steep stairs (elevator out of order). No breakfast on offer. Too hot and no view. ironing board. The sound proofing between the rooms is quite poor. The pillows on the bed are fine if you're sitting up in bed but incredibly uncomfortable to lie down on!. Temporarely no breakfast possible. very, very, very small room. Did I metion the room was very small??. There was no toilet paper, and there were empty satchets of coffee when we checked in. The hotel claims it is 4 star; more like 2.5 star.The first day was no heater and hot water but the hotel did not inform at once. bit small the room. The single room and its bathroom are very small. the room is very smalle. the total absense of an hall, a bar, a poiint for breakfast not well cleared during the reservation. only 1 person can fit in the lift with the luggage - and the stairs are extremely narrow so you need to be very careful when coming down them!!. I asked for a quiet room during reservation and got a room directly to the central road crossing. Too noisy! The general hotel atmosphere was not relaxing. No shower cabin - taking shower directly on the floor, tea-cups were notcleaned, bed laundry was not changed. No breakfast facilities. No lobby.Lack of space. Lack of power sockets - it was necessary to switch plugsall the time (tv, kettle, fridge, light). tiny room, no breakfast served, leather desk chair - uncomfortable to sit. pillows were terrbily uncomfortable.There is no breakfast in the hotel. I did not like not being warned about Rotterdam's extortionate parking rates (21 Euros for 7 hours!).Single rooms are extremely small. For a non smoking hotel the room stank of cigarrettes on the first day but improved. - toilet seat was broken - one light in the bathroom was broken. no aircondition, noise.The smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. too expensive for the quality you get. cheap materials used (bathroom accesoiries/ / , shower bar etc/) bad tv reception and rnot working emote control, not enough sockets so either fridge or table lamp/ unpleasant too thick pillows/ bathroom door coulnd't close.Hotel poor, problem with plumbing, bathroom flooded, bed uncomfortable. it was under remodelation. the room was really too small: no more then 6 square meters, plus one half square meters for WC. the maid coming to clean in the morning was very noisy.- Rating should be 2 or 3 instead of 4 - No breakfast. Lack of breakfast or other facilities apart from room. Failure to attend to reported complaint of inoperative TV. Cannot see how this hotel can have 4 stars!!. Single room only 6qm + a very small bath, much noice from the street, no breakfast room, small corridors, difficult with luggage,.
