The staff were very welcoming, they made the stay much more pleasant. I thought the hotel of a very high standard. The free internet access was very useful too. It was central for my work and had good rail network close by. The centre was in easy walking distance. Room is very clean and comfortable. Bathroom spotless. Staff are very professional and friendly. When I booked I thought the price is high, but now i think it is worth it.all reviews »

smoking in foyer, and smoke fumes in corridor...i don't smoke!!. One night there was a major disturbance in the corridors...after an houror so of yelling and door banging from unknown persons, we had tocontact reception in the wee small hours to bring the episode to an end.The noise did stop - we were surpised reception had not heard the racketand done something sooner. No room service, or a restaurant at Hotel.Not enough selection for room service, and one dish made both my husband and I very ill. Service fees for Internet access were high.unavailability of free internet access in the room, although it is the usual practice in the area. Noise early in the morning outside the hotel (location?). Breakfast ok but over priced. The beds, for the price there should have been two double beds in the room for two individuals. It's a shame that when you ask for two beds it's twin size. For 230 Euros a night i would expect more.Ineffective or no non-smoking areas in public areas (though not noticed at breakfast table) - roll on July 1 2008!. Low lighting in room, poor soundproofing (you get to know your neighbours' bathroom habits pretty quickly), smell of sigarette smoke in the corridor (3rd floor) which filtered into the room in the evenings. As smoking is not allowed in any of the rooms, it seemed that people smoked in the corridor instead.Tiny bathroom. The shower was really small!! Breakfast was not bad but could be improved with some croissants and sweet stuff..Noice in the hall during late midnight. Not clear film order system, no warning it seemed so you had suddenly ordered a film .. Bathroom was small. Tight bathroom space. The leisure centre was very small. Not as close to downtown as some of the other hotels. not mentioning booking 150 Euros from my credit card at arrival. free wireless only in the reception area (which looks really nice btw) , would be great to have free wireless in the room as well. Why did the kitchen not offer dinner?. Noise whole night, if someone in the hotel uses flush all the rooms vibrate. Small room. Not considered a 4-star hotel to me...... Carpet was very dirty. The lighting in the rooms was very bad. Actually in my room the main light didn't work which is not good especially if you arrive late in the night, you are tired and you do want to sleep; the room was a bit cold and warmsystem made an incredible noise. There was a rotten smell in my room (511). Restaurant was closed - only choice of food was a pizza from the bar.very small and old bathroom;. The room and rthje space in it was very small. It is impossible for a person from about 100 kg to take a shower! Fortunately I don't take that much kg.Rooms are too noisy and every time some one flushes the toilet in the night , I woke up.My colleaague stayed in the same hotel in same floor and he too had the same problem.In addtition to this , I the overhead heating duct was broken and cold air was flowing in. The smell.
