What people say

Friendliness and professionalism of the staff was significant. Whatever we needed, was no problem for the staff to solve or deliver. Position of the hotel is excellent as well - we definitely appreciated quietness (which could be partly because we visited in low season - but anyway - much appreciated!!). Not negative but could be improved - not only in Ameland hotel but in Ameland generally. There are almost no instructions, guides, brochures etc. in English which could cause hard and confusing time for those not speaking German.

A few of the many possibilities on the island are golf, horseback riding, parachute jumping, nature excursions and a variety of museums. Not to mention 30 km of cycling routes through the beautiful landscapes of the nature reserve.
