The Staff there were very helpful and always polite and enthusiastic. They made us feel very welcome and they seemed to almost know us personally. The Hotel is ideally situated for the town and good secure parking. Clean room, good facilities, friendly staff. A good experience overall. The location is great, particularly as I like running, an They have a great taxi service whereby they give you a ticket to give to the taxi and the price is booked to your room. The facilities were outstanding and very modern. Catered for families with young children. The meals were great especially breakfast.The hotel design. I could chekc in in the middle of the night. Very noisy heating system in the room.No minibar, parking fee, room ambiance not the best. very unflexible reception staff. factory like treatment. breakfast room.the whole hotel was stuffed with kids because of a football tournament close by, they woke us up several times by running up and down the landing, i had to pay out front which caused waiting to go to my room, they tried to charge me for a breakfast that was all ready included with my room, i got a room with 2 seperate beds while i requested for a king bed with my reservation, not very clean either. I didn't like the breakfast, very poor choice and very expensive.

- Coming from of Eindhoven on the A2/E25 motorway and approaching Maastricht, you will automatically enter the city at the De Geusselt junction.

- At this intersection, turn left in the direction of Berg en Terblijt, then continue along this road until you get to the first roundabout.
- Here, you turn left, then continue and take the first left again.
