very nice centrally located hotel-- modern amenities and free wireless (which it should considering the prices of the rooms) access. Nice and tidy room, comfortable beds/ pillows, employees hotel are friendly. the hotel was in a wonderful location, stylish with good facilities. Very helpful and friendly staff, with excellent spoken English. Quiet yet central location. Free bike hire and as many Chuppa Chups lollies as you can eat.

By Car: - Follow the A-7 (from the East or West) or the A-28 (from the South) into Groningen. - Follow signs for Centrum - Follow the P-route to Ossenmarkt parking. - The Oude Boteringestraat is situated across the bridge. Due to one way traffic Hotel De Ville is best reached through either street parallel to the Oude Boteringestraat. Navigating around Groningen by car is notoriously difficult. Parking in the city is limited.
