The hotel was excellent. Beautiful building. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was a nice size and very clean. Lovely little extras such as free refreshments for guests and use of bikes if you wish. The character of the building and the friendliness of the staff. A very beatiful house well resetted and a wonderful breakfast.

Please note that Boutique Hotel Het Scheepshuys is not permanently staffed. Check-in times are between 4 pm and 8 pm on weekdays and between 3 pm and 7 pm on weekend days and holidays.
Later check-in is only possible in consultation with the hotel.

By car from the A27 motorway:
- Take the Breda Noord/Dorst exit (16) following signs for Breda.
- Continue through traffic lights (around 1.5 km) and the hotel is on the left near the HERO factory.
From the A16 motorway:
- Take the Breda Noord/Prinsenbeek exit (17) and follow signs for Breda.
- Follow the northern circular road for Utrecht for about 6 kilometres
- Turn right at the Centrum 9600-9900 exit onto Kapittelweg street.
- Turn left at the first set of traffic lights and the hotel is at the first crossing.
Public transport:
- Take bus numbers 1 or 7 for Heusdenhout/Brabantpark and alight at the Brabantplein stop.
- Follow the road for another 200 metres and the hotel is at the first crossing.
A taxi takes 5 minutes from Breda Central Station.
