Attendants were very kind, polite and helpfull. Neighbor was calm. Roomwas extremely clean and comfortable. Bathroom was a blast, everythingwas huge, bright, shiny and clean (and my girlfriend became reallyenvious about it, hah). The best 3 star hotels i've ever been, and oneof the most amazing cities i've ever visited. we stayed in the Skinny Bridge appt on the top floor overlooking a quiet canal off the main street. It was light, clean, with a roof terrace, good kitchen, tv, shower and separate loo. The kids loved it and the view over the canal was wonderful. Highly recommended. But you need to be able to climb steep stairs!.

Cleaning staff a bit noisy in the morns though but then again we weren't getting up that early!!. There is no elevator, but no big deal for us. I liked everything about this hotel, but it would be nice if new things would be introduced every now and then to the breakfast buffet.the lack of lift for people who need it. That there is no lift and as we are elderly this was a definitedisadvantage since Holland is full of steep unfriendly staircases.No actually. It fit perfectly to my needs. The mirrors above the dressing table aren't practical. You can't see into them whilst sitting down....making application of make up/ drying of hair challenging!. did not mind personally, but could be difficult for people with mobility problems as there was no lift and the stairs to our room were very steep. Everything was all right.Its not really a complaint, however more hot food for breakfast would be nice!. The triple room faces onto the communal bar area - so people can see into your bedroom unless you have the curtains closed and stay in the dark and didn't let air in - not good in summer. There was only one plug-in fan for a triple room. Room not so good in summer, but good in winter.please give us genuine English tea at breakfast not 'perfumed' tea bags. First night we stayed in a room on the ground floor with the nice canal view. The room was smoked through and was very cold (it was January 2nd). In the bathroom we were almost freezing. However, on our first request we got the standard hotel room without view but very warm and comfortable.
