This is a completely refurbished hotel with clean modern rooms. They are small but very comfortable. The mini bar was available free of charge as well as complimentary drinks in the lobby area. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the hotel is right on a tram line making it easy to get to the museum area and the center of Amsterdam. I felt I got excellent value and service at this hotel.

Our air-con was broken and the air vent was very noisy.we got 2single beds pushed together to make a double but we kept falling in between the beds because the beds were on wheels.
