The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We had great rooms looking out on the canal. Staff was very helpful. Nice European style hotel (not American).location. I felt that ı was my home... But then again, we were hardly in the room during the day time. The shower could have any kind of box, preventing the shower of flooding the whole bathroom.As far as we were concerned everything about the hotel was fine but ifyou travel with a lot of lugage you will find the space very limited. very expensive room. The breakfast was to poor. small room, internet connection, elevator (slow or out of order). very small the double bed room. The room was too small, not enough storage space. room very small.
