Nothing. The hotel bar - first of all it was being closed at 1 am what meant that the waiter was bringing the bill at 00:30 am... It should not happen in the hotel of the kind. And secondly, we waited for our drinks for an hour. Unacceptable. 1) ALL staff were great at all times, but I think the hotel needs more of them. Particularly on the front desk. There was a lot of waiting involved and some frustration building with guests due to waiting to get to speak to a member of the front of house team. 2) My room (and I suspect others may be the same), have black-out curtains that are only 90% effective. They let in a lot of light around the edges which makes it difficult to sleep once daybreak arrives. nothing to comment. Lack of closet space in the suite, Limited space for cloth hangers. During the busy breakfast on Sunday morning, there was not enough staff, and we had to wait a long long time for our coffees. One coffee machine is not enough during breakfast. It is very expensive. No porters are available, limited assistance was given by the front desk staff with our luggage. Breakfast needs reviewing. The breakfast arrangement was a little bit complicated for my taste. I like better the Scandinavian way of serving Breakfast Buffet. Maybe a bigger variety of dishes for dinner. Not much not to like. Should have some more bikes, were never available. Small bed rooms . Having the wash basin next to the bed can be disturbing for couple staying together. expensive. Garden is not open for drinks/smoke etc... Nothing. Restaurant for lunch very slow with only 3 tables occupied. They said the service was not included....it is a lie , it is always included in Europe. Food just average. At breakfast in my room I received a little jar of chocolate paste ...seal broken and half used. Staff (both supervisors, cooks and service staff) conversations ie. discussions in the open kitchen area. I can not find any weak points!. not one thing. Beds were a bit too hard, drinks and food in bar were extremely expensive, overpriced. €11 for glass of wine ,and breakfast was a bit limited ..
