bait and switch tactics tried by the company, having to wait 1.5 hours to find the office after showing up at the address on the booking confirmation, rude staff, them trying to charge for an apartment they booked us in and then told us it was not available and trying to get us to accept something else and then trying to charge us when we declined the switch of the bait.all reviews »
