The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was kept clean, there was hot water and it was very convenient to everything. hotel was in a good area in the center of thammel. The bed!! It was very hard and made a good nights sleep difficult ?. The staff are not very helpful, they tried to charge us double the price that we had booked it for through my bookings. in the end we left the hotel and found a better one, where they did not to cheat us.
