Very friendly owner and staff; very nice welcome with instructions about the house and the city; great location, very quiet but still very close to busy center of the Medina; wonderful building with very nice rooms, all furnished in local style; very nice arranged bathrooms; very clean; great roof top with breakfast served up there; fantastic patio (small but wonderful);. The staf were absolutely great,very helpfull for everything.Rashis woke up very early to make us breakfats on the day we were leaving and then took us to get a taxi for the airport.The room we stayed in was beautiful and the whole riad has a lot of attenton to detail.For a beuatiful moroccan experience I would reccoment this itimate riad...all reviews »
The Riad is beautiful, charming. Rashid and Cristophe were both very welcoming and helpful. Well located (close to main points of interest) and comfortable. It was great that they were able to arrange an airport transfer because the Riad is difficult to find the first time. Breakfast was quite good. Everyone that worked there was very friendly and helpfull.great peopleand the best place we ever stayed at.they even made it possible for usto stay longer even though we just booked it for two days.We liked everything about our stay at Riad Dar Saba. Our reception waswarm and welcoming, and the room was clean and cosy. The evening mealwas delicious. The staff are very helpful. Small but quaint Riad. The staff was friendly and happy to answer any questions we had. Quick walk to the Souks. The Riad is down a back alley that is only accessible on foot. Difficult to get there (due to lack of directions and marking of the streets), however if you call the hotel for sure the hosts Rashid or Christophe will help (they picked us up since we were lost ;-)). The hot water did not last for my entire morning shower. But this was a minor glitch compared to overall experience. Drain in sink and shower were a little backed up.no, maybe a little bit expensive for students;(. Hotel very hard to find. It's better to call the hotel and ask for help. At the time of our stay there was an ongoing construction right next door and noises started at 8 a.m. The evening however was peaceful and quiet.Located in very obscure street, near impossible to find without guidefrom hotel. It had no air conditioning. Poor breakfast. Very very difficult to find.no staff at the riad at night, only guests and guests are locked in the riad. In the room we stayed in (chambre rose) there was not partition between the bathroom and bedroom. We stayed at other riads that had better facilities e.g. plunge pool, bigger, air conditioned rooms for the same price.
