A very professionally run Riad, well trained staff and level of service from everyone. The decor and architecture are stunning and our room "Panther" simple adorable. All of the riads ( this property is made up of 4 or 5) linked to create La Sultana are stunning. A lot of thought has gone into its flow and design. First class, excellent breakfast offering and very romantic suppers. We have stayed in many stunning hotels around the world and this is right up with the best of them. Great Hamman a.

La Sultana is a very precious crown with many beautiful jewels (many of them in the staff) The Spa is absolute heaven (including real angels who can give you a four-handed massage) Staying there is like having a fascinating dream you don't want to end. . The hotel is decorated beautifully, the room is very clean and comfortable with excellent facilities. There are many places to sit and relax in the hotel that provide comfort in a very nice atmosphere. The food is also great. The staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. The place is amazing. Hotel was very beautiful - no detail overlooked. I could easily have spent alot of time in the hotel itself relaxing in one of the many riads. Great honeymoon spot. Breakfast was excellent. The rooftop bar area was a nice place to watch the sunset. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was absolutely stunning in design. The hotel was designed around elaborately decorated four courtyards around which the rooms were situated and a fifth which contained a gorgeous pool. The staff were quiet and ubiquitous and very eager to please without being solicitous. It was centrally located to many attractions.The staff were friendly and very helpful,professional and warm. Especially travelling with a toddler,La sultana is perfect with the pools, and for relaxation. We struggled to stay warm, our suite and the lounge areas and breakfast room were cold, it wasn't particularly warm in the Spa either however there was an open fire burning down there on one occasion which was a comfort. This was end of November and we required all of the warm clothes we packed whilst indoors. The only flaw I could find is that it's fairytale-like spell makes you want to remain there and thus missing out exploring the charms of Marrakech itself... Nothing, I loved the place. Its about a 10-15 minute walk to Place Jmaa-el-Fnaa, 20+ to the souks. This is actually a quite tiring walk in the hot sun and we often ended up taking cabs. The spa was good but overpriced for what it was - would recommend trying this experience elsewhere. Although well presented, the food was sometimes disappointing at dinner. Lunch around the pool was fabulous though!. Tea and Coffee at breakfast !. There's nothing to dislike or comment on negatively!. Weather was poor, can't blame the hotel for that. Quality of the food extremely poor and overpriced. Staff ,except front-desk, not client friendly and motivated. I think in a place like this, a riad, you should really feel at. "Home". Needs a bit modernising of design, colors and materials (textiles and room colors need updating). Breakfast a little dull after five days small complaint. swimming pool not next to sun area. poor quality spa treatments poor quality and over priced food. Very poor WiFi at the property. The air vents were very dirty Bathrooms outdated Staff poorly trained Gym very poor.
