Location, staff and cleanliness of the whole hotel. Great value, lovely pool, v.g. location. Yes, it wasn't too far away from the Medina and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was also nice and there was alot of choice. The staff all spoke very good english and were very helpful. stay in the garden, around the swimming pool. I felt safe. I thought it was a beautiful hotel. I liked the free breakfast.

I am 21 but I look younger than that, and I guess they are used to dealing with older, more distinguished guests and felt they did not need to treat me and my friend with respect. It was very off-putting considering how nice the hotel was.There were no shops other then the hotel shop to get things like water, and a tiny bottle was 2 pounds there. no fruits at breakfast buffet. We were disappointed with the breakfasts which were quite limited in variety. Some fruit would have been especially welcome. We arrived at 9.30am very tired and hungry but were unable to get anything to eat until midday. Being Ramadan the Brasserie next door was not serving food. The breakfast; there sould be every morning cheese and maybe some ham. Further good breakfast.Pool cafe only sold international food, nothing local and was very expensive. most of the staff did not speak english. More information about hotel facilities could have been available in the room. Timings for meals etc and other hotel information. Issue to do international phone calls from the room. The bill had to be reviewed and rectified because the final price did not correspond with the price agreed (exchange rate issue?).internet is very expensive, but not working. Booked a double room but was given a twin room...hotel staff did not seem to agree with my booking confirmation.no WIFI in the rooms and the business center is poor. Hotal is more 3* than 4*. Distance from old town. - air conditioning did not work, tv did not work. The staff were rather indifferent, even when our room had no functioning air conditioning on the hot side of the building. The restaurants offered no Moroccan food (Italian or generic international, and breakfast was almost industrial). The wi-fi service at the lobby was not working. Poor breakfast. t.v was broken took them 8 nhrs to getb our room ready when we got there then gave us no towels then the toliet broke took them 3 hrs to fix it no imformation about anything anywhere on leaving the price was £100 more than letsbookhotel.com had stated...
