Everything was perfect. Extremely friendly staff and very competent. Thank you, Yousef at the pool, Mouna and Meryam in the restaurant, Mamadou, who helped with the suitcases, the 'maitre d'hotel', the nice women at reception and all the others who's names I don't remember, but not their friendliness. The hotel itself was very nice and because my friend was ill, we had an upgrade to a suite. The restaurant was the best in town. If we go back to Essaouira, no doubt it will be in this hotel.
