I loved how accommodating the entire staff was. Their number one priority was to please the guest. At 2:00 in the morning when I could not get a WiFi connection the front desk did all they cold to make sure I was happy. They earn an A+ for that effort! And the hotel was very quiet. Staff is realy friendly, room was clean, bad was comfortable (not so hard as usual in Morocco). Standard breakfast with pancakes, jam, etc. There are many markets nearby, so you can by juice, water.. The area is not so croudy and is not so far from the city center.
all reviews » This is the first time I write a positive comment about a hotel I booked through letsbookhotel.com This is a very friendly, safe,clean value for money hotel I have been to. We extended our stay and will always come back and recommend it to family and friends. Comfortable bed, friendly & helpful staff, the room was quite spacious, WiFi available in the room. Guarded place for motorbike - quite unusual because it's in the basement but it works. Even though hotel is rated 2* it is better than many 3* hotels I've stayed in. Only 5 mins by taxi from casa voyagers main station. Really modern and clean rooms and helpful staff. The room was fantastic. Very large and with a big terrace. We also had 3 beds. The price was very good, especially compared to other options in town. perfect location for business trips. only some hundred meters from boulevard moulay ismail. not very suitable for tourists. a bit far from the tram stop, but definitely clean and nice. the room was really spacious, and the bathroom as well. Excellent value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is a good optional extra. Evrything related to service.. The location is very convenient for the station which suited us as we had two fairy early train departures. A safe and closed private Parking is available at the hotel for motorbikes. Close to tramway station for vising and going to the city center and beach. One day is enough to see the city. Good value for money, close to Casa Voyageurs (15 mins walk), room is very basic but clean, shower is fine, very basic but OK breakfast. The location was not very desirable. The hotel is in the middle of a low economic neighborhood but I felt safe the entire time. Private parking is a parking place on the street in front of the hotel, but it's guarded by a man. It's additional service, which costs 10 Dh per night. Surraundings are usual for Morocco: dirty streets which doesn't seem safe for europeans, but nothing happend with us and our car there :). Quite dirty neighbourhood, far from the city center, you need to take a Taxi. The location. It's a bit far away from everything else. Taxi drivers don't always know it (mention "Roches Noires", and close to the commisariat). I would still recommend it. Little far from the main shopping area. Slight walk to the tram. AC did not work. lights in room... Looks dark room.. Have to be more of lights .. It is far away from casa center. nothing really. -Noisy outside ( what they can do? ) -area is not so clean -not enough light at the room -please change towels for new ones ( quality ) -no bar -my room was paint before I could still smell it. :( -They do not have the safe to put value staff at your room ( at least in my room ). The room on the first visit was rather seedy and cramped. The location is quite a way from the town centre and several taxi drivers had trouble finding the hotel. To help find it, a nearby landmark that drivers do know in the Roches Noires district is a mosque that has been converted from an old church. Location, its not a nice and touristy area. You need to explain the taxi where is is, 15 mins drive from old city centre (Mohammed V square). it is far from city centre casablanca is not so interesting city if you use alcohol drinks it is so dificult to buy all in moracco it is the same. Location in Industrial somewhat beat-up area, a little scary at night. Not many restaurants in area. A few tea salons. No shopping other than automobiles. The bill: the difference between the net amount on letsbookhotel.com & the net amount actually paid when checking out. The currency: the conflict it makes when local currency is what you supposed to pay with & exchange rate difference. Location: the distance that was not expected to be far from city center of Casablanca. -A little bit out of city center. the price. A long distance to walk from the casa voyageur train station. I booked it thinking that it is close to the station and it was not. So you need a taxi both to the city center and when you go to casa voyageur train station. location. The price is quite high for what you get The neighbourhood is unpleasant The view is embarrasing. Ac is not working, but I can not convince the receptionist. After 3 hrs he bring the electric radiator. The location is very bad. the room is very different from the pics at letsbookhotel.com. The lack of honesty from the hotel's employees; no A/C (dont believe them when they say they will bring it to your room, nothing ever happens); the bed linen was dirty from previous users.
