It took Kenzi more than 20 mins to respond to my missing cotton buds, by then my ears dried already. No prayer area ( masjed ) tea and coffee are not free loopy is dim otherwise it was nice place I recommend it. Traffic jam near the hotel. - Leaving. My suit was ruined loundry service poor, does not work properly,. We are talking a FIVE star hotel here. The Gym equipment is as always chaotically bought. While I'm sure Life Fitness or Technogym are more than happy to help you shaping and balancing proper tools given your rooms. The SPA as long as the room service did not really surprise. I had the feeling of laziness. Internet, well, could be better. Throttling with a timeout helps the badwidth but having 28 storey building means you need more. Noise of outside street cars is so loud, I was staying on the 11th floor and tried to take a nap during the day, however, street noise was so loud, insulation of windows is very poor. bad ventilation. Pool was closed, however staff not aware of this change. Went to the pool with my kids, but was surprised to see that it was closed.Was told that next morning it will operational, but in vain..!!! Even when asked at the reception about pool, nobody was aware that it was closed.... Communication seems poor.. Room service and house keeping are horrible. We asked for extra bed and they brought us a broken one! then we called the room service and they sent a lady who spent hours telling a boring stories, then we gave her a 50 durham to change the bed promptly! then she left and no one showed up! we kept calling but no response. Eventually ended up sleeping on the floor!. It was not possible to have dinner due to Ramadan. - Bathroom ceiling was leaking - Big Stain on Carpet - House Keeping never showed up even after calling them 10 times - To top all that they had the most unfriendly staff. * It is a dirty hotel ; mostly F&B outlets * Few staff are a ; aggressive * No senior management presence during my entire 8 days stay * Careless attittude to solve any problem * Safe not working ; delays in delivering express Laundry * Poor F&B outlets. no wifi in the rooms. the stuff is too slow to react.
