Its real nice hotel with nice staff member , especially " Omar " he is managing the reception staff I guess, he kept everything simple, every inquiry we had he managed to explained it simply, also when we need to extend our stay though it was high season he managed to do it for us. Good location near the old medina. Seems like a fairly safe and nice area near tram and train stations. Hotel was clean and fairly new.

Hotel is fairly basic for the price, but I guess you have to pay premium in Casablanca. Staff are fairly ok, but a receptionist whose name is Youness gave me a negative first impression, he had just to explain why they delayed my booking confirmation in the Reception. It was a technical problem anyway, but he get explain that... However, I finished my booking with his kind colleague... Another point I can't understand is that he allowed two other customers to join a room and end the precedures later! I find this very disquieting!. lack of fruits at breakfast. You could be in any hotel in the world...has very much a 'business' feel. Nothing special. The city is extremely filthy, even for a third world standard. No SPA, few of TV channels. room facilties: -no shaver socket in the room -no safe in the room. Nothing. No Safe box in the room. The services a good (but not excellent) however the prices are very very expensive. So the value for money is very poor for this hotel. I won't go there for my next trip to Casablanca. Rooms are bit small. Staff was hard to reach, they didn't seem very concerned with enriching our experience. House keeping is not as good as expected. Long hair found in the shower room. The restaurant, first of all they have there menu in french, its says it is not for English speaking people. And the cleaning stuff without notice they just inside the room no privacy at all,. They never answer the call and I have to go down and come back to my room. The room does not have enough shampoo and shower jel. The rooms are too small. What i didnt like is that I had to pay more than what i have reserved in letsbookhotel.com. They did not honor the reservation that we had previously arraged, and charged us double. The air conditioning did not work, and the electricity was off when we arrived. We walked into a pitch black room. Staff were not helpful. I feel cheated. Rooms are very small, breakfast is poor. I asked to store bottle of shampagne till our next stay which took place in 10 days after first stay (we travelled around the country and stayed in the hotel before our flight back), bottle was lost ((((they gave me another one, but worse and ... that was not my bottle. Breakfast Narriw rooms. When I arrived, they the have no trace of the booking....
