However - we found the Managers quick response to our queries and action taken was most appreciated..... We will return to this resort as we had a great holiday...... Big hotel with excellent rooms (we had junior suites). Beach great. All inclusive better than one could expect, without being hindered by the behavior of the "well known" tourists. The hotel is an excellent location for a relaxing stay at the beach or at the huge pool. Truly recommended; especially for families with small children. a wonderful place to go with a family and children, hospitable staff,tasty varied food, large swimming pool,, friendly mini club staff....wonderful beach, lovely animation activities.....I would recommend any young family to have a short stay there. The staff were absolutely fantastic, from the cleaners up to management. They all seemed genuinely happy and very polite and helpful. Food was very good as was the bar service. We were given an upgrade without asking. Garden room excellent. Food varied and plentiful. Easy access to the beach for walks in the sea. Quiet location but near enough to town for a walk in the sea or on the promenade which was safe at night. The hotel location is great. There is food diversification. The general manager Mr. AlKhandro was a great person and very helpful. He used to ask the gusts about the place on a daily basis. Best 4 stars hotel I've been to in Agadir so far. The hotel has an external heated swimming pool that will let you swim at any season. The whole hotel furniture need reinovation then this hotel will be 5 stars instead of 4. was about 30-40 minutes walk to the main centre of Agadir. No Wi-fi in rooms. Inadequate wifi Loud music by the pool. the quality of the food. Internet only in the lobby and very poor quality. In peek times with more guests than this time - definitely impossible to access... Moroccan Tagines on menu twice in one week. I payed cash when check in forget to ask the receipt , they charged again the bill in VISA ! Very dishonest ... long waiting servis in restaurant,lazy to work jast waitress,s. Wifi was only in the lobby and terrace. But not all the time. Room would require refurbished. Low quality food, and the all-in wine is terrible. No Wifi in the room, should be a must. Severe lack of information about what can be done in the hotel or outside. Poor and unpleasant shops in the vicinity. Remember Agadir is just for sun, sand and sea. fine for sunbathers and people wanting relaxing breaks - not the best hotel for the business traveller who needs good internet more of a great 3 star rather than a 4 star in my opinon. Don't stay in pool side rooms - ours was full of ants !! Only foreign tourists there - no Moroccans unfortunately !!. Staff was extremely unfriendly and hungry for money. If you are not from the Western countries and a solo traveler then this hotel is not for you. Pretty much everything else. Over-crowded, sub-standard facility, mold, peeling paint, old TV, old, stained towels, payment to use safe, missing light bulbs, parking on the street, disgusting breakfast, urine stains on two duvets, and the feeling that you best remember that you are nothing special here - just a number. Terrible food, sometimes even spoiled, the room with fungus on the wall, the old infrastructure. Ambiance. rooms are not well cleaned ..it must be better comparing with what we pay.
