We stayed in the Deluxe Penthouse apartment 3 nights (2 families - 4 adults and 3 children of 6yrs) end April. We had a perfect stay. The owners were very friendly and welcoming (the father speaks german and the son perfect English, which was very convenient). It's an apartment, not an hotel so don't expect hotel services (eg no daily cleaning, sheets replacement or breakfast service). The view on Velika plaza from our apartment was stunning. The equipment was very good. The second private park.
