Everything was fine, really! I was surprised to find at that price so much quality and for sure the value was great for the money. The hotel gives a lot of facilities: pool, tennis court, bikes for free, great restaurant. We booked a double room and what we get was an apartment: 2 rooms, two balconies, two tv'S. The breakfast was excellent with new cookies and pastry every day. On the restaurant you could also eat a lot of dishes and the price was good. The hotel is situated at 6 km from Budva .
all reviews » Very friendly and helpful personell, made us felt at home. Room was spacious and clean. The restaurant offers good food at favourable prices. The hotel is located in a quiet place and the nearest beach is 15 mins by bike, budva is 15 mins by car/taxi. We had a broken light and electrical outlet, this was fixed in 1-2 days after mentioning. Great place for peaceful vacation. High level of customer service, restaurant is good value for money, waiter Predrag was professional and helpfull with his sightseeing tips. Thanks Ivana for helping to arrange our excursions. Good breakfast! Due to hotel location which is 6 km from Budva, owning a car would be good option. very stylish and clean, guest accomodating hotel with all supplies the guests need. very good place to stay in. flexible staff and great to be at the pool far from the crowd. Easily accessible by car and only 5 min. From Budva.Upon arrival,although we had booked one family room we were upgraded to a twin room without any charge. Pool, bike and tennis facilities Kind staff. Only thing we encountered we hot-water issues while showering, this ran out very soon, or at some times of the day completely ran out. Furthermore, no issues. pool service can be improved and children's playground as well. no free parking at Jaz for the Hotel but the fee is not too much. Leaving the parking lot is dangerous - a 180 degree-mirror would help a lot. it took us 2 days to get the remote control for the parking (we've waiting until other guests to leave to get the control). the pool is very small. the first night we've arrived was a long electrical blackout at the hotel area, the hotel didn't have a generator so since we closed the electronic shield and the air condition didn't work we couldn't sleep. breakfast can be better. At our bathroom was a plumbing problem (smell...) Toilet-brush should be clean!. No elevator. Poor breakfast. Rather poor breakfast,a bit overpriced for this period and no English spoken except a young lady for a while in the reception. - Location, without sea view - Not possible to reach beach by foot, you have to walk on a main street, with high speed autos - breakfast buffet could improve. everything wretched.
