Absolutely loved our time at this hotel. The room was noted to be city view however we still had a beautiful view of the water. The bathroom was very spacious with separate bathtub and shower. The room had a huge balcony which was nice to have our dinner on. We ordered room service for dinner both nights and it was reasonably priced and good food. The pool facilities were wonderful. Good poolside service and we were able to have pool side chairs without a problem both days. Public beach access .
all reviews » I loved the location right on the water. The hotel was clean, has a great pool, and has several dining options to choose from. The staff was friendly and helped us with directions and called us a cab. Our French was not very good but that didn't matter as all our needs and wants were taken care of. There is also a bus stop right across the street that will take you into the center of town. The beach next door is small but if you want to take a quick dip in the Mediterranean then here's you. Very nice staff, wonderfull spa & swimming pool (inside & outside +29c in February). Pool is free. Location right on the sea in Monte-Carlo. Plenty of space in the rooms, beautifully decorated and furnished, bathroom with bath & shower, huge balcony with table & chairs, drinks, tea & glasses in the room. Media system with various misic, videos and your account online. Very well appointed rooms; modern with great attention to what the traveller today wants and needs. Spacious as well. I have stayed at the Meridian next door and the Hermitage, this was much better. Huge comfy bed in spacious room. Great views from our large, city-view balcony. Very clean. The casino was kind of weak as it was just a slots parlor. I took a walk through and dropped $100 Euros into a video poker game. It was sort of fun but the casino was empty. 1. Poor heating system in winter, +21 in the rooms, cold floor - not so comfortable with children. But I am sure, from spring till autumn there is no such problem and your vacation would be just great!. 2. The price doesn't include breakfast (35 EUR per person), parking (30 EUR per day), internet (20 EUR per day). But... it's Monaco, get ready to spend your money!. Very little, The only slight disadvantage was the distance to the port for the Monaco Yacht Show, however, there was a limited shuttle service. Argumentative staff who initially refused to admit that a mistake had been made on their behalf. Fridge was alarmed and pre-filled with unwanted items that cost a fortune. No space for storing personal items of our preference. The shower door did not seal and water leaked onto the floor. Feather pillows too thin for our liking. Indoor pool closed for renovations. WiFi cost 20 Euro for 24 hours. Difficult to get service in the casino and no table games were available. Having to pay € 30 a day for parking but of a ripoff after paying for everything else. Bit pretentious.... Not very relaxed in terms of atomosphere. A place to be seen.... Did not have espresso machine in the suite. There was only one issue when I received a call one morning from a very rude lady asking who told me I could park my vehicle somewhere! To which I replied your staff park all the vehicles so I have no idea what you are talking about. That was very disappointing!! But we did not let it spoil our stay!. Lifts issues, but I guess that just happens!. Expensive wifi at 20 euros per day should be included in price. There is no private beach directly on the sea. You pay for the internet and the breakfast is very expensive and the selection of food is very poor, especially on the first floor. I think it was a bit pricy and charging for parking is not a good thing. All was good. There was a problem with the shower, it was impossible to fix the normal water temperature. Very expensive for food and drink !. Little much expensive but its worthly. Didn't find anything I didn't like. Wifi not free? Come on. Nothing. Very expensive not justify bad service , very disapointed that was the third stay. Value for money is horrible. Staff is unfriendly and doesn't want to help (concierge, check in, pool bar).
