This is by far the best 4 star hotel I have stayed in, and strange that it would be found in Transnistria! The service is no doubt 5 star quality, I think only having 11 rooms aided their attentiveness. When I arrived they offered to handle my visitor permit, but later was informed that I'd forgotten to register my initial arrival (oops!), they arranged with a taxi to take me back and help me get registered even though it was late and paid the taxi and added it to my bill since I hadn't had a .
