Nice rooms, nice place, good food ! and the italian warmt - The staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was not only a comfortable one but a memorable one. The free breakfast served every morning was excellent and far from your typical breakfast. Serving Mexican, Italian and American to suit every taste. We loved every little quirk about Pacha Tulum.   hotel palma real was very budget friendly. it was cleaned daily and had a nice view for birding on the back deck or roof. the pool was nice and the staff let us use the fridge. we met other travelers there and were able to congregate in the lobby without interruption. the location is great for traveling to Coba and back or even to Tulum and back.... what people say » The A/C worked great. - The staff was friendly.
