Accommodations, view and friendly staff. We visited in May and by the weekend, all guests had left, leaving only four of us in the hotel. The view is incredible, do not be discouraged by the steep narrow road, once you cross the entry it is a different world. They offer transportation to the center, every hour from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The hotel was excellent, beautifully decorated throughout. Not many guests there when we were. Out of season. Beautiful view of the city from the hotel. The rooms, gardens, staff, etc were excellent.
