The rooms are great, spacious and comfy we managed to get what we asked for, which is two connecting rooms. The name tags including each staff member's passion stood out. The staff are very professional which reflects the manner in which the resort operates. Will definitely return!. The staff was so nice and helpful and referred to us by name. The Club floor service is worth the upcharge. The food in the lounge was wonderful as was the staff. Room and veiw were fabulous.

Very comfortable room, awesome view and very helpful and friendly staff. breakfast was amazing. close to the airport. service was great and friendly . the view was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. Excellent attention and customer service. We fell so good at this hotel!. Good posicion, fair price, good customer service. everything, but most of all staff was great!!!. The stay in general was satisfactory. Everything was just great. Nice beach and great view. location was good, the staff was really nice and friendly, they just were not helpful with solutions to dealing with the town and banking. . The beds are wonderful, the room was typical hotel and not very quiet. . I liked the staff service, hotel location close to the beach, food,. The food was pretty good. The spa especially Gina was really good. Gym Pool. Free WiFi is offered at several resorts of less standard than the Westin Resort thus, should be considered. The choice of restaurants on site was minimal and while the lunches by the pool were very good, the dinners were not a high quality. We recommend you go into town for dinner. no internet free. the rooms need to be upgraded, they have a musty smell as well as the elevators. Poor communication between front desk and restaurant staff regarding promotions and discount on site. they are re modelling the main lobby, so lots of dust and noise, but not a big deal, cant wait to see it completed!. The swimming pool was dirty. Food could be better... They charge for the internet and it is expensive. we had to change rooms because of the neighbors noise. the hotel's policy about being able to add to your credit card for 14 days after your visit. I did not like the fact that it is a pet friendly hotel I did not know that and they gave us a room, designated to the guests with pets, so you can imagine I am very sensitive to fleas. I had ants in my room the first day there.
