We loved the service! The team at the restaurant was amazing! The breakfast was delicious! We cant thank enough to Henry and the other guy (sorry we dont remember the name)- they were the waiters at restaurant downstairs every morning! Palm at playa is right at the center of everything! Clubs, shopping, beach and restaurants! Worth every peso!!! We will come back there for sure!. The staff was very friendly, most making it a point to know your name. Breakfast every morning was great, it was nice to order from a menu not eat from a buffet. The power in the room only worked when your room key was inserted into a slot, great environmental friendship.
all reviews » new hotel, everything is just fabulous. great value for money. we were a couple in an honeymoon and they upgraded our room to an amazing suite. they serve the best breakfast u can find in Playa. the rooftop infinity pool is amazing. The staff were friendly and efficient; they kindly gave us a room upgrade. The hotel is new and has an awesome roof terrace with pool and jacuzzi. Central location just off the main street. Great experience. Amazing stay. Highly recommend it. Some rooms are too close to the noisy street, but the ones in the inner courtyard are tranquil and quiet. The rooftop is beautiful and the restaurant food is great!. Location is excellent, the Staff is always happy to help you to make your stay even better. Even when there is a bar in front of the hotel, the noise did not disturb our dreams at all. The staff is really kind and helpful. The whole hotel ( room, garden, swimingpool, ...)is very clean, comfortable and design. It is well located, close to the sea and the night life. The Hotel was not bad at all, but in the end they ripped us off with the exchange rate!!! No honest people there! I booked the first room via letsbookhotel.com and it was tax included. Then we changed the room for 3 more days and in the end they charged us 14 percent more saying that tax was just included inthe first days! But the worst was the exchange rate. I saw a good rate on booking. Com in peso. Then the confirmation came from letsbookhotel.com in dollar! When we wanted to pay with credit. The smell of humidity in the room. wifi was slow. WiFi didn't reach our room. Lot of noise during the night because of the parties from the bar/ clubs close to the hotel. Breakfast was poor, even though the service was exallant. Water pressure in the shower wasn't great. We took the breakfast option with our room and were able to order breakfast from their menu but although a latte was available it would have cost extra. I thought this a bit cheap. Make sure you request a silent room! It is the only thing that could keep you up at night..everything else is awesome about this place!. We had to move to another room on our last day because the water heater broke. We were not offered any kind of compensation (I.e. free drink or anything), which is normally what we are used to if there is an inconvenience. But it's okay, we still had a wonderful stay!. The wi-fi connection was poor even after we called and asked about the connection status. The first few days we did not have warm water so we took cold showers. The hotel is fairly close some bars and night clubs so we heard some noise but nothing some ear pluggs couldn't fix. Wifi was sporadic. Lack of a minibar. The hotel is very noisy, partly because of the neigbouring bars and partly because of the disco at rooftop. The "music" (techno&disco) is very loud even at daytime at the pool area. It is very difficult to understand what the hotel management is thinking of and why they allow this. If you are light sleeper, this hotel should be avoided. Too noisy at night - too many clubs near by Breakfast included means you get to chose one item from the menu, and can't even get a juice refill. Rooftop bar not good. Tried 3 times, never get it right Staff is friendly but does not deliver what hou ask Not a good place to rest. Our room was facing the street and it was impossible to sleep at night (hard live music until 5 AM). There is a bar at the pool that is very expensive. After 2 days with 50-dollar tabs of drinks, I brought 2 cans of beer to tthe poolside and got on an argument with the staff... bad way to treat people. Rip of with exchange rate in the end! See above!.
