This was our second stay at Sandos, our first was a few years ago when we got married there. The staff is always amazing, so incredibly friendly and always so cheerful. The entertainment crew is always there to get you up and moving, but they aren't pushy. Chairs at the beach and the pools are plentiful. Tours are easily booked from the hotel. We went to Xcaret on this trip. Playacar is FAR better to stay at than in Cancun, if you ask me. You are in a private gated resort community, there is wi.
