This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in my life. Everything was perfect. Staff is friendly, food is excellent, service is great, room is big and comfortable, and the hotel area is amazing. I will for sure book Fairmont if I come back to Riviera Maya again. Staff were very welcoming and call you by your name.Room was beautiful.Beach was great.Restaurant by the beach is just beautiful.
