very clean, 24 hour coffee, felt safe in the location, the price was right, great free breakfast!. 1: Safe and ample parking. 2: Ambiance was conducive 3: location was great. too far from beach, a good 30 minute walk, but it was a nice walk thru playacar. rooms felt "seco". 1: Breakfast could have been more varied. 2: Checking in was a nightmare. Rates agreed with letsbookhotel.com were not honored. The representative at the front desk did not give a damn.
