Great view. Nice pool and gardens. Good food. Free upgrade to a room with a balcony, which they called a jr suite. I liked the view and the way we were treated. Went there for the last three years and thought we found our ideal place when visiting Oaxaca. Filthy carpeting in the room. My soles were black. Very difficult to regulate shower temperature. Too hot or too cold and it kept changing. Hard bed and pillow.
