The friendliness of the staff. friendly staff. Location , food and service. That the bedroom didn't have a window. pluming !!!! no hot agua. Room too dark and no refrigerstor. very poor value for money, poor quality installations, towels, sheets, toiletries. Tiny room for the price with no outside window. very noisy from 8am onwards, with loud music playing in the courtyard.
