The staff were fabulous! Particularly the housekeeping staff (Isabel) and all of the waitstaff in the restaurant. The daytime woman at the desk was fabulous... I didn't get her name, unfortunately. Great balcony, comfortable room with lots of space. Beautiful courtyard/pool with fountains. One block from the zocalo so VERY good location. I felt very safe and centrally located. I would go back to them in a flash. Oh... and free breakfast every day (not just continental, either)!.
