friendly staff, cleanliness, a lot of shops and cafes in the near, also bus station and park. Good location, most of the staff was friendly and helpful. the location is great downtown Cancun,walk to everything no problem,5 min to main bus terminal,will take you to airport,all other buses are also 5 min walk,safe area,. Its close to the downtown and the bus station. Service on breakfast are very polite.
