View, proximity to marina, near bars and dining, personable staff, Baja Brewing Co. on rooftop, swim up bar. Very attentive staff. Moises the manager really cares about the quality of your stay. Excellent location if you want beach only. Lots of beach food options 60feet away. Loud at times, unreliable wi-fi. No issues. Feels like Maui, crowd is homogenous, blasting TV news at 7am by the pool are with no one watching. TVs are everywhere. Do not get studio - they do not have balcony or open windows.
