we had a fabulous view from the 22nd floor. Couldn`t stop taking photos. Sunset incredible. We stopped off at this hotel for one night on our way from Ixtapa to Hualtaco *driving...yes was quite the trip...and we are booking in on our way back as well as we were very happy there. Several swimming pools, right at the beach, excellent service, friendly employees. Look for Joel at the swimming pool, he is the best!.

A flashy hotel, with lots of facilities, if they were open. A very new hotel, and the security is excellent. The views from the rooms were great (you look either north or south along the beach). Rooms are very big. Pools and beach well kept. We had a magnificent room of enormous size on the last floor with incredible sea view and huge balcony where you could sunbath. Affordable price, good location. Pool was ok. Food at the hotel restaurants is expensive for what you get, but lots of places to eat around. Very slow guys on reception.. The price of the bar or service room is pretty high. Very expensive for what it is the pools close at 9 pm and you hve to go down to the reception all the time becaus the keys never works. too much bleach in room and hallway and everywhere No smoking at outside bar. The music they play in the beach is old, loud and all days the same. Most of the people doesnt spoke english. -----. To many kids in the pool area and the beach was packed with people harassing you. Maybe I was there in the off season, but the hotel seemed to be empty. The furniture in the rooms was not too well made: drawers rolling out and not being able to shut. Cleaning staff were at times stretched. No tours available. Hotel is like a cheap Las Vegas with the music at max till midnight, cheap furniture, crowds of people, and non-stop amusements. If you want to relax, this is wrong place. through probably acapulco in general is a wrong place - Quality of food is below sub-optimal - Pool is overcrowded and full of kids - Breakfast room is a huge factory. We had to wait almost half an hour at the reception when we first arrived. Room service is always delivered late. They obviously need more to hire more people. The bathroom smelled awfully of damp. The pool bar could have been cleaner. Not many healthy options for breakfast. Also, very noisy hotel. three hours of my fisrt two days I spent at reception... I ordered room with breakfest for 2adults plus one child. The reception told me that in room is breakfest just for adults, child I have to paz separately. And this is my problem and I heve to solve with booking no with them! Very arrogant approach of staff, bland helpful... so far I haven't met that service. Be careful with your orders!. Hotel is old it needs to be refurbished. The room was very dirty. The beach of a hotel is very small, most pat next to the sea is public and if you want to be there you have to pay for the sunbeds and to be prepared to be molested by all kind of sellers offering you food, clothes, massages.
