Pereybere Hotel is a real gem situated right across the most beautiful beach of the paradise ISLAND. Starting from the service- staff to the comfort, we were all at ease. From the photos found on letsbookhotel.com and during stay, there has been heaps of renovated work carried out.... all reviews » We had a comfortable, fully furnished apartment and it had everything that we needed. TV, Air-conditioning, cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, cooking pots, crockery and cutlery etc. We could also get wi-fi in our room. The hotel staff were great and all of them were so friendly and helpful. On our last day they let us keep our room until 6.00 p.m. at no extra charge. The hotel is just the other side of the road from the wonderful beach (small but beautiful and idyllic). Ther. I liked everything about this hotel. We were staying in an apartment and it was so well presented a true home from home. On the evening of my birthday the staff surprised us by having sparkling grape juice in a champagne bucket and flowers sprinkled all over the bed. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, each and everyone of them is friendly and helpful. The hotel is located across the road from the beach which is ideal and there is a tour operator in the hotel to help organize any exc. The location was perfect, just opposite the best beach of the Island. Staff members were superb with all requests actioned promptly. Bilkiss the cleaning lady went beyond the call of duty. Being in the North it is very long journey for most of the adventure sports activities which are mostly in South. I didn't like that Pereybere beach was so small and crowded. I was completely unimpressed by the cubicle-size spa and sauna. The hotel facilities are wedged into each other. There are more attractions in South West Mauritius so one may as well stay there. everything is very nice n budget friendly for the hotel. The only problem we faced is that wifi was only available from mid of our stay so we could not do any research on our tour,we were solely dependent on Sameer the tour guide n which proved to be costly for us. We've booked a room with a balcony, but got an apartment instead (with kitchen, washing machine, etc, all which we didn't need). We asked to change rooms. After 3 days they gave us a room with a balcony, which was very nice, much better than the apartment. 1) Rooms not soundproof 2) Cramped parking space, you have to leave your car keys at reception 3) Jacuzzi and steam room expensive and not included in price, you pay 600 rupees per 15 min use 4) Not very private. Busy road in front of hotel you need to cross to get to the beach. The quality of the breakfast was not that great. Cockroaches were awful. . Traffic noise and slow Wifi speed. Nothing. - General introduction & greetings could have been better - a basic starter pack in hotel room / suite could help.
