Very warm , friendly and helpful staff. Chef specially prepared vegetarian food for us . Local bus stop is just few meters from hotel either to go to Grand Baie Public Beach or Mon Choisy Beach / Port Louis. Complementary water sports by the hotel on every Friday, Sunday and Tuesday is appreciated. Garden Villas are very spacious. The private beach is really nice with umbrellas and lounge. The hotel is going through redesigning and the rooms are big and comfy located in green garden. The position of the hotel is very close to Grand Bay with malls and restaurants. It's great place for relaxing holiday.

Nice but little swimming pool with a good bar. Not expensive. People Setting Peasefull. Location and room. The hotel is in a great location. Lots of green and nice garden. The beach is right in front of the hotel and is amazing. The prices are good in relation to other hotels in the area, but you get what you bought. Location of the resort.. Proximity to the beach. Water activities. Cruise trip facilitated by the hotel. a peaceful atmosphere,, not many people all around,,sea activities provided by the boat house. Great view of the ocean. Relaxing pool area. Limited Internet usage of 50 Mb per each stay, which runs out in 2-3 days, then have to purchase Internet pack MUR 300 for a day or MUR 100 per half hour. Tea/ coffee kettle provided, but NO tea / coffee , milk, sugar sachets provided, so better carry with you . The hotel has two different parts- regular and boutique. It's not well presented on the web page as is showing pictures of boutique part in the presentation so you can be surprised while arrive.But even the regular part is ok. The rooms are in need of renovation. Windy on the beach, which is also a positive side when it is too hot. Restaurant is fair, can be better, overpriced. Wifi works only in hotel lobby. In 3 nights linens were never changed. Standard room Drinks expensive. Food was absolutely terrible. The exchange rate at the hotel was too high. It costed me dear. The Hotel is old. There was an "annoying" smell of humidity in the room. Not very clean. There was no door separating the bathroom from the bedroom. Breakfast menu Time limits on staff availability. Unavailability of cleaning staff on Sunday. sounds of pigeons and vehicles at night which disturb the sleep. Expensive Internet, bugs in room, same food every day, swimming pool from the photos is not allowed to swim in. Service, no tv, no phone in room, bags were forgotten to be delivered to room, lost power in room for 1 hour, food in restaurant was not up to standard, a lot of maintance issues in hotel, fans dont work in dining room, no description of food at meal times, both diners we attended were not authentic and overpriced as I am a trade qualified chef.
