- Very friendly, polite and caring staff - The appartment for four persons was perfect, the best size giving everyone enough space to eat, sit or relax, but still stay close to others - Laundry facilities available - We were offered breakfast before the regular time when we needed to leave earlier for flight departure - Shopping centre with food court 5 minutes drive, if you want to buy your own supplies - Nice pool.
all reviews » The hotel manager, Mr. Patrick is one of a kind man, helpful, cheerful, he is the soul of this hotel. We stayed 11 nights ( April 2013) and we were really happy with our choice, couldn't find better, the location is very good, the stuff is great, I can say we had one of the best holidays ever and this is also thanks to Mr. Patrick and this hotel. the friendly attitude of the staff,i felt like i was with family.The apartment was neat, the area was peaceful. I also liked the idea of having wifi and internet access all over and not only in the pubic places.It was a great bussiness stay.A big thank you Patrick and to your staff. The stay at west coast hotel was really nice and comfortable. Mr. Patrick, has always been so kind to help us organize the trips and managed to make our stay memorable. Thank you. If having chance, We will come back again and also recommend it to our friends. The hotel owner was friendly Nice view of Le Morne mountain from the roof terrace. swimmingpoole quite. - Not so easy to find, it's better to call them and let them navigate you for the first time - A bit further from the beach, not in walking distance. it would have been nice to have dinner service available onsite. Kitchenette might be a little small if I stayed for hols n only has two of each crockery! So u would have to wash up all the time!!! N swimming pool didn't look very clear but hey! It's still winter !!!!. Closer Restaurants would be nice (walking distance). The bathroom shower had mold in it, the toilet was very dirty with hair on the seat and the bathroom sink had mold around the drain. The bathroom shelves were dusty. Hard to find location of hotel. there is no restaurant or meetingplace. Far from the beach.. around 20/25 minutes walking...
